ISAA International is dedicated to helping autistic people, their families, and carers feel welcomed, understood, respected, and supported in everyday life.

We believe that everyone deserves equal access to businesses, public services, education, healthcare, employment, and community spaces.

Our mission is to build inclusive communities by working with businesses, organisations, and local communities to improve autism awareness, accessibility, and understanding.

Businesses that meet ISAA standards can become recognised as ISAA Certified Businesses, demonstrating their commitment to inclusion and accessible customer service.

Staff Training

Simple, practical autism awareness training helps employees understand how to support autistic customers, families, and carers with confidence and respect.

Community Awareness

ISAA International promotes understanding through awareness campaigns, educational resources, and partnerships with businesses and community organisations.
